Our booklets are printed on Xerox digital presses. This gives us a high production quality, rich black printing for text and a wide range of bright colour.
Your printed booklets are generally bubble wrapped for protection and then sealed into a plastic courier bag to protect them from damp whilst they are in transit.
Larger orders will be packed into double walled cardboard boxes for extra protection.
We aim to print all booklets submitted before 2pm same day. We work Monday to Friday, so orders made on the weekend will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday unless it is a bank holiday etc).
Orders submitted with our budget three day courier times may be printed later depending on workload.
Bound books are generally speaking zero rated for VAT in the UK. This means you do not pay any extra tax on top of the prices you see here. This zero rating also extends to include shipping costs.
If you need to add VAT to your order (when buying items that are standard rated) please select this option at checkout.
We hold the right to refuse to work on any kind of publication that we deem unfit, or find uncomfortable. A full refund will of course be given if we deem your document to be in that category.
We aim to deliver the majority of booklet printing runs within three working days of order. Larger runs (100 copies or more) may well take longer, depending on volumes we are currently processing.
We use Royal Mail to deliver booklets over to Northern Ireland. This means that they take an extra day, and will be deliver within two working days of printing.
We use DX, Parcelforce and FedEx couriers to deliver the majority of our prints. At our discretion we may use a different courier or postal service if necessary.
Express Next Day delivery is £12.50
Standard (2 day) delivery is £8.50
Please remember to submit your order before 2:00pm if you require next day delivery.

No. You need to submit your files to us in PDF format ready for printing. All modern word processing applications can easily output their files as PDF. Please use the "save as" or "share" options and then choose "PDF".
Sometimes applications such as Microsoft Word can set their default page sizes to American defaults (8.5" x 11" or "letter" size). If this has happened to you don't worry - just send us the file "as is" and we will fit it to a standard A4 page.
Of course - just order the correct product and we'll print it in the correct manner.
