Keeping real theatre going is a full time job for many people and it is an ancient tradition too – spanning back through the centuries. Giving your crowd a printed memento of your production containing information about the cast and crew is an important part of this tradition.

Designing Your Programme

The advent of desktop publishing has meant that many customers now provide artwork for theatre programme printing themselves. Their cost effective pricing helps our customers turn a profit by selling programmes on the door. It is reasonably simple to produce the artwork using your home computer and software such as Microsoft Word, Publisher or open Office on your PC. Apple users may prefer to use Apple Pages on their Mac or iOS device. Once you have designed your programme, save it in PDF format (usually using the “save as” or “share” function) before you provide it to us for printing. This way we can be sure that the file you see on your screen at home is the same as we view it here.

Professional Printing and Booklet Making

Over the last 15 years we have produced thousands of theatre programmes for our customers. We have special printing machines which print, staple and machine fold your printing directly into booklets ready for despatch. Eliminating some of the time and human error which traditionally occurred during this process means we can pass the savings on to you – reducing cost and simplifying the whole process. During this time we have noticed that the majority of our customers want very similar end result – so we have been able to cut out many of the extra options, leaving a very simple ordering process – just let us know how many pages you have in your programme and we’ll do the rest.
